NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The 'Bose Give Away" Contest begins at 12:00 midnight CST on 10/25/05 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST 1/31/06. You are entered into the drawing when you sign up for the newsletter at www.savingscount.com, www.shoptopten.com or send an email to the following address: bosegiveaway@savingscount.com or bosegiveaway@shoptopten.com . Online entries must be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Limit one entry per individual. Duplicate entries will be removed. Entries received from software that automatically generates multiple registrations will be disqualified. Not responsible for transmission and/or computer errors and entries that are late, lost or misdirected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All times are Central Standard Time Eligibility: The Giveaway drawing is only offered electronically, via the internet. Winners must be 18 years age or older and U.S. residents. Notification: Each winner will be selected from each site (savingscount.com and shoptopten.com). The winners will be selected from a random drawing held on or about February 10, 2005. The winners will be notified by e-mail within 3 business days of the drawing and will have 5 business days to respond. If no response is received within 5 business days of notification a second email will be sent. If a response is not received 5 business days after the second notification the winner will be disqualified from the contest and the prize will be awarded to the first runner up under the above notification restrictions. The 'Bose Give Away' is subject to the above official rules. If the prize is not claimed under the above mentioned Notification Rules, the prize becomes the sole property of Savingscount.com. |
